Cycles Africa Dealer Website Order Competition – November 2012

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Contest

1.1 To qualify for the draw, entrants must place at least one order to the value of R1000.00 ex Vat and freigth during the month of November 2012, December and January 2013 on the Cycles Africa Dealer Ordering website. http://products.cyclesafrica.co.za

1.2 Competition closes midnight on Friday; 1 February 2013

1.3 Winners will be drawn and announced on Monday; 4 February 2013

1.4 The winner will be announced on the Cycles Africa Facebook page and will be informed by email

1.5 All decisions by Cycles Africa are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be a current Cycles Africa dealer based in South Africa. Employees of Cycles Africa, their immediate family, press, agencies and sponsors directly or indirectly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter this competition.

2.2 The competition is not open to dealers outside of South Africa.

2.3 You will receive one entry into the draw.

2.4 Your account with Cycles Africa must be up to date at 4 February 2013.

3. Prizes

3.1 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.2 Prizes must be claimed with in 30 days of the announcement of the winner. After that time prizes not claimed will be deemed unclaimed and may not be claimed retrospectively. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to contact Cycles Africa to claim their prize once they have been notified. Cycles Africa will not notify winners of time remaining to claim prizes.

3.3 If a specific prize becomes unavailable, Cycles Africa will substitute a replacement prize at it’s discretion. Substitute prize will be of equal or greater value than the original prize.

3.4 Please allow up 30 days for delivery of the prize.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 No personal information is collected through this competition.

4.2 Your personal information will not be shared.

5. Publicity

5.1 Entrants will be required by Cycles Africa to participate in photo and video shoots and agree that Cycles Africa has the right to use such photos and videos for publicity purposes in any medium it deems fit. Entry into the draw will be deemed to be your acceptance of this requirement.

6. Exclusion of Liability

6.1 Cycles Africa does not accept any responsibility for entries that may be lost, damaged, or delayed.

6.2 Source Material used by Cycles Africa will be taken as being correct.

6.3 Cycles Africa reserve the right to terminate this competition at their discretion. In such an event Cycles Africa, at it’s discretion, may not award any prizes in respect of the terminated competition.

7. Jurisdiction

7.1 The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed and construed by the laws of South Africa and Cycles Africa chooses as its address for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature; PO Box 508; Somerset Mall; 7137; South Africa.
